I love a green smoothie and while they can sometimes feel overwhelming, you really just need a couple of ingredients to make it delicious and nutritious!

Ingredients:
1 Granny Smith Apple sliced
Handful of Spinach or Kale
1 Banana
Couple pieces of Broccoli
3 Dates
1/2 cup of water
Handful of Ice
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth! Enjoy!
