This vegan recipe is a great option that still has low carb/keto principles. Next time you are at the store look in the meat section for their plan based meats. There are sausages and I personally love the spicy ones! Grab a pack of those, a bunch of asparagus and an onion!

Ok ok here are the proper ingredients:
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Plant Based Spicy Sausage
1 Onion (chopped)
1 Bunch of Asparagus or Brussel Sprouts (chopped)
Dash of salt
Dash of Red Pepper Flakes
Pepper to taste
Slice the sausages into medallions and toss into a skillet with the olive oil. Add the onion and veggies of your choice. Sprinkle in red pepper flakes, salt and pepper until the desired texture of the veggies meets your needs! Enjoy!
